Therapy.

This goes out to anybody who has ever been put down or called crazy. To anybody who’s ever been told that they’re alone or has ever felt alone. It’s for anybody who’s ever been afraid to stand up for themselves for who they are. It’s for anybody who’s been made to doubt themselves about anything in their life by anybody else. To anybody…anybody who isn’t quite sure where they belong.
This goes out to anybody who doesn’t feel comfortable in their own skin because of the people around them. But, I can tell you that no matter what you are beautiful. You really are. Believe what you want to believe, love who you want to love, dance when you want to dance. It goes out to anybody who’s sick and tired of being told what to do. You are the most important person in the world. Don’t let anybody tell you differently, okay? Anybody who feels like they don’t quite fit in the world. Anybody who feels like when they’re standing in a room of people they’re still alone. It goes out to anybody who feels like they can’t live their life the way they want to live it. Please never stop being you.
This next song goes out to anyone that’s been told that the way they think and the way they feel is the wrong way to think and the wrong way to feel. Anybody who has been made to feel like they need help when all they really want is a hug. Everybody seems down tonight. Things get better. I promise you nothing is permanent. I know some of you dont believe me right now but they do get better. So this is for anybody who isn’t okay tonight.
This song is called therapy.

Do you know those songs who seem to be just what you feel?
Those songs that give you strength and keep you moving on?

This is one of them. I could cry every time I hear it, but at the same time it builds me up.
